Bonnie is a relative newcomer at Windsong Ranch, but she's settling in very nicely here. We think she's probably a Great Pyrenees/Akbash mix, but that's just our best guess. Whatever her breed, Bonnie has the softest, most velvety coat of any dog we've ever known! It's truly amazing. She's about 5 years old, and has had at least one litter of puppies before being surrendered by her owner. She spent the first years of her life living in the backyard, protecting chickens. But now she's a confirmed house dog. She gets along well with other dogs of all sizes, but has shown mixed feelings about cats -- sometimes she will ignore them and other times she will chase and attack. So we think it's best for her to go to a home with NO cats, just to be safe.

Bonnie has been spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and tested negative for heartworms, so she is ready to go to a new home as soon as YOU are ready! Apply to adopt here!
