Say hello to young Mr. Wags! This handsome young boy is estimated to be under a year old, and weighed less than 20 lbs when he was neutered recently -- definitely not our typical big white dog! Wags was picked up in a rural area that is a common dumping ground for dogs. Lucky for Wags, a Good Samaritan took him in -- got him scanned for a chip (none), reported him as a "found" dog, and posted on social media in case there was an owner somewhere looking for him. When no one claimed him, she started looking for a rescue or adopter.
